NO INVESTMENT
At no cost to you, Coin-O-Matic installs new,
state-of-the-art, utility-efficient commercial laundry
equipment specially selected for your tenants’ (or unit
owners’) specific needs. All models are heavy-duty and
designed for multi-family usage.
LOWEST UTILITY CONSUMPTION
All models selected by Coin-O-Matic are the most energy
and water-saving machines available, in order to keep your
utility bills down to an absolute minimum. Coin-O-Matic also
provides timer light switches for each laundry room so the
lights turn off automatically when the room is not in use.
TOP OF THE LINE MODELS
We use only the best models that money can buy to assure
high performance, better value, and customer satisfaction.
Unless otherwise specified, we will use two speed washer
models having the ‘extra’ delicate cycle to better compete
with nearby coin laundries, frequently having only one speed
machines.
REGULAR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Our Preventative Maintenance program is designed to keep
repair calls down to a minimum. This saves money in the long
run and improves performance and income.
RADIO DISPATCHED REPAIR SERVICE
Our Radio-Dispatched Units are ready to promptly respond
upon notification of equipment malfunction. Eliminating down
time is our #1 priority.
LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE
We provide insurance against personal injury and
property damage at no cost to you.
PROMPT REFUNDS
Refunds can be processed by your choice of either an
on-premises refund bank or our own in-house Refund
Department.

Our operating volume and cost-efficient operations give

return possible. Plus with new equipment, top notch service
and strict revenue controls, gross income will increase

Using our computer driven Electronic Display Control
equipment or our Smart Card Systems, we can provide total
