EMERGENCY SERVICE
REQUEST
You may submit EMERGENCY
SERVICE request 24 hours a day, seven days a week and will
receive IMMEDIATE ATTENTION and a confirmation of receipt of
you request for service via email, when provide with same.
DEFINITION of EMERGENCY SERVICE:
• Equipment on FIRE,
(Immediately call 911 and notify other residents
of the danger). Do not try to extinguish unless
you have the proper fire extinguisher.
• FLOOD. (Turn off water to washer and
contact maintenance).
• EQUIPMENT causes bodily harm to a
person. (Unplug machine in question, if
possible, and call for assistance), |
All other request will
receive immediate attention during normal service times.
