SERVICE TELEPHONE LINES
Our Service Lines are answered 24 hours per day, 7 days
per week, including holidays. Our normal office hours are 7
A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday through Friday and 7 A.M. to 12 Noon
Saturday. Our telephones are answered by real people not an
answering machine. Our operators are multi-lingual
English/Spanish.
RESPONSE TIMES
We will respond to your complaint not later than 24
working hours of your reported call.
SERVICE ON SATURDAYS
We are the only major Company that provides regular
Saturday Service. At many locations, Saturday is the busiest
wash day. So if you need service on Saturday, you need not
be down all weekend. Plus on Mondays, we’re not starting the
week with a backlog of weekend calls and can therefore
respond almost as fast as the new calls are received.
REPLACEMENT PARTS
Our Service Vehicles carry an extensive stock of
replacement parts so we can install the right part on the
first visit over 97% of the time.
SERVICE RECORDS
We log every Service Call received on an individual
account record so we can easily monitor call activity. This
allows us to earmark a problematic machine for replacement
before you would have a chance to ask.
REPLACEMENT MACHINES
If any Coin-O-Matic, Inc. washer or dryer should become
a continuous problem, Coin-O-Matic, Inc. will replace the
machine within 72 hours of notification or you may void our
agreement.
RADIO DISPATCHED
We use Radio Pagers and Portable Telephones to
communicate with our Servicemen and their Supervisors, and
better respond to your needs. Our new G.P.S. Vehicle Locator
System constantly tracks all of our units so we can
immediately locate the closest service unit every time.
FACTORY TRAINED PERSONNEL
All Coin-O-Matic, Inc. Service Technicians have been
carefully screened to meet Coin-O-Matic, Inc. rigid
requirements, attend Factory Training Seminars and keep
abreast of all new models and developments.
